Take a couple of industry veterans, add a night of animated discussion, and voila! Since that auspicious night in 1996, the 212F story has focused on partnering with customers to change behaviour in a measurable way.  Helping businesses on both sides of the ditch to engage with their customers and get more from their rewards, loyalty and incentive programs.

Why has the formula proven to be so successful? Of course, there’s more to the winning formula than just great conversation. For starters, we set out to approach B2B rewards differently. Our core philosophy has been built on 3 pillars: Partnerships, Changing Behaviour, and a focus on the Strategy First, followed by adding the best reward to the mix.

With a full in-house and localised offer in Australia and New Zealand, 212F delivers services across four key areas of program design, software solutions, program management & communications, and fulfilment of all reward types – catalogue (physical, digital, experience), prepaid Visa cards (iChoose Australia & iChoose NZ ) and travel & events.

Under our awarding winning in-house tool kit we manage over $125 million in client incentives, loyalty rewards, travel experiences and events that is estimated to influence over $8 billion in client B2B revenue per year.

Most of 212F’s customer partners have been with the agency for over 8 years, and nearly half of their staff have been happy to stick around for over a decade.

Our growth has seen a lot of things change over those 25 years, but our core philosophy — “we change behaviour” — has not (ironically).

Since 2001, when we won our first global SITE Crystal award, our Australian and New Zealand programs have been taking on the best in the world. It’s an honor to say we are 7 times SITE Crystal awards winners and more recently a IMA Excellence winner in 2021. Some might say punching above our weight, we say leading the pack.
