During the 2023/2024 program year, customer spend on projectors was nearly three times higher than on Large Format Printers and Business Inkjet Printers and Scanners combined.

The challenge was to help resellers see beyond the big-ticket projector sales and keep Epson’s products on the page—making the brand their first choice for all printing needs.

212F designed a program that removed barriers to participation and kept resellers engaged with Epson’s print solutions throughout the year.

Instant rewards for eligible sales
The program was relaunched in June 2025 to remove the previous ‘Gateway’ targets. This change meant resellers could immediately earn reward points on every eligible sale, making it easier to stay motivated and see the benefits of their efforts in real time.

Tailored communications by product category
Resellers received personalised updates and promotions specific to their focus—whether that was Large Format Printers, Business Inkjet Printers and Scanners, or Projectors. This kept Epson’s full product range front of mind and ensured messaging felt relevant.

Expanded reward options to suit all achievers
The program introduced a wider range of reward choices, from the latest tech and sporting gear to travel concierge services for top performers. This mix encouraged both regular engagement and long-term points accumulation, appealing to different types of reseller motivation.

Personalised promotions to sustain interest
Beyond tailored communications, the program included targeted promotions for different reseller groups, designed to spark ongoing engagement and drive incremental sales across all categories.

Over 50% of active resellers hit 100% of their sales targets
By removing Gateway targets and enabling instant points on eligible sales, the program encouraged more consistent effort across the reseller base. Almost half of participating resellers reached their full sales goals, a strong indicator of how the right incentive structure can drive performance.

95% of earned points were redeemed
Resellers didn’t just earn points—they used them. This exceptionally high redemption rate reflects the program’s ability to offer rewards that truly resonated, from technology and sporting gear to travel and adventure.

89% of invited customers activated their accounts
High initial engagement showed that the program’s simplified structure and tailored communications worked. Resellers saw immediate value in joining, logging in, and staying connected.
